A Case Report on the Treatment of Atypical Facial Pain

Abstract
|
|
|
A patient who showed atypical orofacial pain after an endodontic treatment for a long time, was treated with non-analgesics such as vitamin B1, B6, and Oral Bainance, moisturizing gel.
1. It is important to manage xerostomic condition propely in the treatment of patients who have atypical orafacial pain.
2. Simultaneous administration of vitamoin B1 and B6 was effective in increasing pain threshold of the patient.
